The Obama Family's White House Easter Egg Roll

It’s an annual tradition at the White House, and earlier today (April 25) President Barack and First Lady  Michelle Obama attended the Easter Egg Roll.


The theme of the day was “Get Up and Go!” in conjunction with Ms. Obama’s efforts to help American youth get and stay fit.

Among the activities offered at the big shindig were live music, sports courts, cooking stations, storytelling and Easter egg rolling on the South Lawn.
Playing the fabulous hostess, Michelle addressed the crowd, “It’s a beautiful day just for you,” before encouraging them to get active.
